Measuring Pallet Covers – Large Gusseted Poly Bags

1. Start by measuring the width, depth, and height of the pallet. The depth is the shorter side.

2. To determine the width of the cover you need, add 1 to 2 inches to the measured width of your pallet.

3. To determine the depth of the cover you need, add 1 to 2 inches to the measured depth of your pallet.

4. To find the length of your cover, add ½ the depth to the measured height of your pallet.

Example: If the pallet size is 40” Wide x 36” Deep x 50” high, the cover dimensions would be: 42” Wide x 38” Deep x 68” Long.

Measuring Bin Liners – Large Gusseted Poly Bags

1. Start by measuring the width, depth, and height of the box or bin. The depth is the shorter side.

2. To determine the width of the cover you need, add 1 inch to the measured width of your bin.

3. To determine the depth of the cover you need, add 1 inch to the measured depth of your bin.

4. To find the length of your bag, add the depth to the height, plus 6 inches to allow coverage of the box contents

Example: If the bin size is 18” Wide x 12” Deep x 14” high, the cover dimensions would be: 19” Wide x 13” Deep x 32” Long.
