Shipping and Freight Charges

All orders over $100 ship free. A $10 flat shipping fee is applied to all orders under $100. This policy applies to any order shipped to a single address in the continental United States.

 

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all orders qualify for free shipping.  Additionally, standard shipping rates will apply for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

TPG does not ship to PO Box addresses.

FedEx is our primary shipping carrier, and we use several different LTL freight carriers depending on location of final shipment destination.

 

General shipping terms

Delivery Times: Orders received for in-stock items will ship in 24 hours once an order is approved during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Backorders typically ship within three business days depending on supplier availability. In-transit times will vary based on the zone the package is being delivered.

How can I tell which items must ship via motor freight?
LTL Freight Carriers are used for product(s) that exceed the general weight and size allowances of FedEx.

Will you ship my order outside the U.S?
The Packaging Group only ships orders with the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.

Drop Shipments
The Packaging Group will drop ship. Please notify on your order to which address you would like the order to ship. Upon request, The Packaging Group can also ship blind.

 

Returns

30 Day Guarantee: Return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund.

Need to return an item?

Contact The Packaging Group: Call 1-800-277-7007 for Return Authorization Number and further instruction.

1. Write the Return Authorization Number/Order Number on the outside of the package.
2. Send the item back to the address as specified.

If The Packaging Group or the manufacturer is at fault, The Packaging Group will schedule a FedEx Call Tag to pick up the package free of charge. Otherwise the customer will be responsible for the 20% restocking fee and return freight. Please contact customer service at 800- 277-7007 to obtain the replacement order.

Note: Customers may be responsible for the restocking fee and return shipping.
