Steel Strapping

Steel strapping is designed for applications that need high strength and low elongation.

  • This is the strongest of all strapping materials
  • Can be used when products are sharp or extremely hot
  • Available with multiple finishes and coatings to enhance performance

  • Painted Steel: Painted steel strapping is coated with a layer of paint to offer corrosion resistance. Used mostly in crimp-style seal systems to produce high joint strength.

Painted and Waxed Steel: Painted and waxed strapping also provides corrosion resistance with the added benefit of a wax coating. This strap can be used with notch or crimp-style seal systems. It also enhances tension transmission around load corners.

Zinc Painted and Waxed Steel: Zinc finished strapping is waxed and has a zinc-infused coating to provide resistance to rust. Zinc Painted strapping also provides you with enhanced tension transmission characteristics and safeguards the product against surface damage and scratches.
